Important Dates:

Wednesday, December 28, 2022 - Open: 9 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. (Last day to pay 2022 property taxes at the township for the calendar year)

Tuesday, February, 14, 2023 - 9 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. (2022 winter property taxes due)

Tuesday, February 28, 2023 - 9 A.M. - 5 P.M. (Last day to pay 2022 property taxes at the township office)

Show Cause Hearing

A Show Cause Hearing will be held Wednesday, January 12, 2022, by application to Jackson County Treasurer. The Show Cause Hearing will no longer be held in person. Application will be required. The application is located online at HTTPS://HARDSHIPAPP.MIJACKSON.ORG/. Application to the Show Cause Hearing is not required to protect your rights at the Judicial Foreclosure Hearing.

Judicial Foreclosure Hearing

A Judicial Foreclosure Hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. at the Jackson County Courthouse, 312 S. Jackson St., Jackson, Ml 49201 before the Hon. Judge LaFlamme. The docket number is 21-1984-CZ.
